Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, with a strong focus on program management and change management.
  • Proven experience leading high-impact, cross-functional enablement initiatives in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of Sales & CS roles—what motivates them, how they learn, and how to drive adoption of new programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills—can translate complex initiatives into clear, digestible, and actionable content for different audiences.
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity, quickly ‘figuring it out’ when faced with new challenges.
  • Experience working with global teams across different time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Own and Execute Strategic GTM Enablement Programs – Lead the enablement strategy and execution for high-impact initiatives such as product launches, pricing changes, messaging and methodology rollouts, SKO planning, and more.
  • Project & Change Management – Drive the planning, execution, and adoption of initiatives with a structured, results-oriented approach. Manage timelines, stakeholders, and communications effectively.
  • Sales & CS Alignment – Partner closely with Sales and CS leadership to ensure enablement programs are tailored to their needs, driving engagement, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Marketing, Product, and Ops teams to align on goals, messaging, and enablement needs. Serve as the bridge between GTM teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Communication & Content Delivery – Develop and deliver high-impact enablement content, training sessions, and communications that resonate with Sales and CS teams.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization – Define success metrics for each program, track adoption and impact, and report up to the business on results. Bonus – you have experience with the Kirkpatrick Model (or similar methods)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bonus: Experience in a customer-facing Sales or CS role.
