Requirements
- Able to work Proficiently in SQL and understanding of relational database structures. SQL Server, and experience with an HRIS and Payroll system.
Responsibilities
- Managing workload across assigned clients, assess risk, prioritize tasks, and delegate assignments.
- Collaborating globally with the Project Lead in India to balance workload and projects.
- Consulting with internal team members on complex client requests and manage client involvement.
- Coaching, develop, and manage team members, including training on system knowledge, data interface standards, and delivery models.
- Integrating data and system requirements for efficient client solutions and ensure the quality of data interface analysis. Predict, identify, and communicate risks related to system and data design
- Defining complex client requirements, perform gap and impact analysis, and delegate data and interface analysis for configuration.
- Reviewing analysis and test plans, providing data interface expertise and identifying high-level technical solutions.
