Requirements
- Senior level experience
- Extensive hands-on Workday Talent configuration experience
- Extensive Workday Recruiting configuration experience (highly desired)
- Advanced level relevant Software Certifications in area of discipline
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Responsibilities
- Configuring tables, fields, and forms
- Defining business rules, UI policies, and client scripts using the platform’s graphical interface
- Configuring workflows and approvals using delivered, UI-based editor tools (i.e. ServiceNow’s Workflow Editor)
- Designing and configuring service portals, widgets, and catalog items
- Setting up user roles, groups, and permissions
- Configuring integrations with external systems using pre-built connectors and APIs
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive Workday Recruiting configuration experience (highly desired)
