Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Planning, or other relevant fields, plus 5 years of relevant work experience, or 8 years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience working in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Planning preferred
- An influential communicator who can communicate effectively with teammates at all levels
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment
- Keen ability to inspire and influence others to drive change, driven by a strategic and innovative mindset
- Self-motivated, curious, result-oriented, and a creative thinker
Responsibilities
- Lead the IFP – Operational Readiness pillar, ensuring we have the supply, capacity and operational risk mitigation plans needed to deliver on our consumer promise
- Provide supply availability visibility to APLA leadership, supply chain and commercial teams
- Lead monthly Operational Health forum
- Coordinate and publish monthly supply chain calendar communication
- Drive inventory health visibility and accountability to ensure inventory health in our DC network
- Create executive level decks to story tell supply chain impacts on revenue, margin and inventory
- Provide visibility to supply chain friction points that pose a risk to achieving our business goals
