Requirements
- 8+ years of product experience with in Agile teams or Scrum master experience.
- 5+ years of project or program management
- Ability to translate strategies and goals into the implementation of systems and processes
- Broad technical knowledge in the areas of computing, engineering, and networking technologies, including operating systems, modern browser technology, understanding of native operating systems, and AI
- Ability to implement a structured, repeatable, and disciplined approach and a data-driven culture to the Agile process.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development, web technologies and digital publishing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives.
- Experience working within scaled agile development team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders.
- Technical skills would include Adobe Analytics, Oracle Marketing Platform (Responsys), Jira, Scaled Agile Framework, full stack web design, application design.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. (High degree of PowerPoint & Word use is required.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast past environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate projects to achieve large strategic goals
- Lead and motivate teams to improve processes
- Facilitate decision-making processes and meetings to eliminate obstacles
- Collaborate with product owners to effectively refine and prioritize new requests and backlog
- Ensure deliverables are of quality standard by the end of each sprint.
- Manage each project’s timeline and scope
- Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
- Initiate communication amongst both horizontally and vertically
- Act as the primary point of contact for respective scrum team to internal and external stakeholders
- Promote focus on the current sprint goals using stand-ups and core agile methodologies
- Develop and implement strategy for respective program teams, including risk mitigation plans
- Think creatively to develop and streamline operational and procedural updates, define workflows and proactively plan and implement improvements
- Develop status reports and prepare professional presentations to effectively communicate to multiple audiences
- Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project/program deliverables
- Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
- Lead and collaborate with engineering and technical teams to understand project requirements and technical constraints
- Ensure adherence to defined agile and scrum methodologies to ensure seamless technical delivery
- Provides technical and analytical guidance to scrum team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/telecom industry highly desired
