Requirements
- Deep experience working with engineers and on technical projects
- Able to drive high level goals/vision and also dig into technical details
- Strong skills in organizing unstructured work and managing multiple competing needs
- Deep experience managing large team roadmaps
- Experience in managing/growing team orgs to scale for demand
- Experienced working with strong personalities and still achieve the desired results
Responsibilities
- Partners with the FNTech Engineering Director to define strategies and initiatives for the vertical
- Helps scale the team org and operations to support the broader Metaverse vision
- Directly manages the Tech-Platform and Tech-Perf Prod Lead, their production org, and their initiatives
- Will own some complex initiatives that needs senior direction
- Operates 50% at a high level and 50% in the details managing technical initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with game engines, platforms, rendering, tools, backend systems is highly desired
