Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and lead tellers to deliver a unique customer experience
- Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on financial alternatives
- Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals
- Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes
- Ensure teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately
