Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, or similar on public products
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a lead or people manager in design field
- Experience with UX implementation in a modern engine or platform (e.g. Unity, Unreal or HTML5)
- Ability to adhere to a project’s existing visual and interaction patterns
- Experience with designing for multiple control schemes (e.g. Controllers, Mouse & Keyboard and/or Touch Screen etc.)
- Positive attitude around receiving and providing objective feedback
- A passion for video games, user experience design and user interface design
- A portfolio showing a solid grasp of usability design principles, user flows and prototypes you have created for UI screens, as well as samples of your visual design ability
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX/UI Director and key game development stakeholders to ensure all Diablo IV features achieve game goals and improve player experience
- Coach, mentor and support your team members to grow and advance
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with game development stakeholders
- Work as part of Diablo UX/UI lead team, develop Diablo UX/UI maturity and create healthy team culture with lead peers
- Continually evaluate the UX/UI based on feedback from users, user research, game designers, product managers and etc
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation standards, process, and collaborative workflows
- Support interface screens implementation using efficient and flexible layout design
- Review and iterate with your team to ensure features are built to design specifications and presentation / interaction to both look pixel perfect and feel great

- Experience designing interfaces for a variety of platforms and/or control schemes.
