Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university

Responsibilities
- Contribute to key business initiatives, including commercial content creation, application development, product management, customer engagement, and technical consulting
- Work with cutting-edge industrial automation technology, gaining hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation’s products and seeing their application in various industries
Preferred Qualifications
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Recently graduated
- Completed a prior internship or co-op experience with Rockwell Automation
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Involvement in community service, extracurricular activities or volunteerism
- An interest in growing your career to be a Team Lead, Engineering Manager or senior commercial/business leadership roles
