Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- BS/BA degree preferred
- 2+ years’ experience training operations associates, preferably in a distribution center required
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software
- Strong knowledge of distribution center operational processes and systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a customer service focus
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workload
- Willingness to adapt to varying schedules to meet training and project deadlines
Responsibilities
- Deliver standardized training programs in both classroom and on-the-floor environments, with occasional travel to other distribution centers
- Develop and maintain training materials, updating them as needed to reflect system and process changes
- Review quality and performance records with area leaders to identify and address retraining opportunities, including employee-specific needs
- Respond to training requests from leadership or quality teams
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation, including PnPs and work instructions
- Assist with creating and updating documentation for new or revised processes
