Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the field of: HR Management; Instructional Design, Marketing, Communications, or related area.
Responsibilities
- Assists in organizing, uploading, and maintaining training content within the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate tracking and accessibility of courses and certifications.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts and team members to support the coordination, documentation, and improvement of training programs, including live workshops, e-learning, and virtual learning experiences.
- Supports the development and execution of internal marketing and communication strategies to promote learning opportunities across the organization.
- Helps maintain and enhance the department’s SharePoint site and Learning Hub, ensuring resources are clearly organized, up to date, and user-friendly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in learning about instructional design, adult learning principles, and corporate training best practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SharePoint or Microsoft Teams is a plus.
