Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on program management and facilitation
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training tools
- Understanding and experience applying a variety of development approaches that span formal training, relationship based, and experience-based development (70-20-10 model of development)
- Strong project management/consulting skills and prioritization/organization skills for fast-paced environment
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships across the different teams and business units
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the department learning committees to assess and identify learning needs within the departments
- Develop, implement, and manage professional development learning programs tailored to the specific needs of the departments
- Coordinate and manage all logistics related to training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and communication with participants
- Facilitate and/or moderate in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring engagement and effective learning outcomes
- Work with department training committees to redesign and manage onboarding programs
- Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure all training programs meet Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements.
- Partner with department subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and/or develop content and design training material, if needed. Recommend appropriate solutions and delivery methods to optimize knowledge transfer
- Partner with the Leadership Development Program Manager to align department training with broader leadership development strategies.
- Contribute to the design, development, and facilitation of leadership development content and curriculum.
- Redesign, coordinate, and emcee PEAQ Orientations 3x per year
- Ensure adult learning principles are incorporated into training programs.
- Maintain internal Learning Management System including the input and maintenance of course information, monitoring registrations, and reporting
- Support department learning weeks, PEAQ Week, and large start class trainings which may require extended hours
- Other strategic projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Professional Services is highly desirable
