Requirements

  • Multifamily property management training experience and/or involvement in multifamily mentorship program
  • Proficiency in Yardi Property Management Software (PMS)
  • Ability to travel up to 30% nationwide
  • Strong evaluation and research skills to assess training
  • Proven experience designing and implementing training programs that drive results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in public speaking to large audiences, both in-person and virtually
  • Skilled in using multimedia training platforms
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about working with others
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, can be more dependent on community needs
  • 3+ years of property management experience
  • 2+ years of training/mentorship experience
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Yardi Property Management Software (PMS) is required
  • Other industry related certifications or SHRM-CP

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging training via multiple platforms, including in-person and virtual
  • Manage Olympus New Hire Orientation and onboarding logistics, ensuring materials are up-to-date and relevant as business needs evolve
  • Provide new employees with training on workflows, procedures, and systems; offer additional training for existing employees as needed
  • Lead workshops on new workflows, systems, and programs, as well as refresher training on existing procedures
  • Design and implement learning strategies to support business goals, including new system implementations, process changes, communication planning, and change management
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that courses are developed, updated, and aligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to assess learning needs, aligning training solutions with strategic business objectives and industry trends
  • Manage and enhance supplemental learning programs, including facilitating annual Learning Summits and quarterly training sessions
  • Provide expertise in instructional design, content development, and facilitation for both new and existing business applications
  • Oversee the management of learning tools and resources to ensure learners have access to impactful, effective learning experiences
  • Design and develop online and video-based training modules using industry-standard e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, recommending improvements as needed
  • Attend team member events and participate in local apartment association functions to promote company culture
  • Support the Olympus Training Ambassador Program
