Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Learning and Organizational Development in global organizations; experience in the high-tech or SaaS industry preferred
- Expertise in Talent and Career Development, Change Management, and Employee Engagement
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using data to evaluate program success and influence decisions
Responsibilities
- Develop regional and global learning programs aligned with business goals
- Utilize innovative instructional design techniques to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars for diverse audiences
- Oversee program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communications
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and implement improvements as needed
- Serve as a trusted advisor on Learning and OD best practices
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and provide tailored solutions
- Support initiatives such as change management, leadership development, and employee engagement programs
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into programs
- Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to enhance learning solutions
- Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of learning initiatives and recommend enhancements
