Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Learning and Organizational Development in global organizations; experience in the high-tech or SaaS industry preferred
  • Expertise in Talent and Career Development, Change Management, and Employee Engagement
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in using data to evaluate program success and influence decisions

Responsibilities

  • Develop regional and global learning programs aligned with business goals
  • Utilize innovative instructional design techniques to create engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars for diverse audiences
  • Oversee program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communications
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and implement improvements as needed
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on Learning and OD best practices
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Support initiatives such as change management, leadership development, and employee engagement programs
  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into programs
  • Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to enhance learning solutions
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of learning initiatives and recommend enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the high-tech or SaaS industry preferred
