Requirements
- Series 7, 63 (or equivalent), required with registration in all 50 states
- Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab’s training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule.
- Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients, with availability Monday-Friday any time between 6:30am-8:00pm Local AZ Time.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to clients through inbound phone calls focused on providing education, solutions, and long-term investing options regarding employer-sponsored retirement plans.
- Take a consultative approach with retirement and 401k plan participants, utilizing multiple computer applications and internal resources to offer them world-class solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or client relationship experience.
- Ability to multi-task, with demonstrated success navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Active listening skills along with the ability to engage in open-ended dialogue to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s financial needs.
- Focused analytical skills and attention to detail to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills.
- Ability to adapt and implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.
- Dedication to resolving a variety of complex client inquiries both through technology-based research and working closely with partners.
- Receptive to mentoring and feedback for continuous improvement.
