Requirements

Responsibilities
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess residents’ health status with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare team members to create personalized care plans for each resident.
- Provide hands-on care, assist with treatments, and offer emotional support to residents and their families.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date in compliance with facility policies and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus, but not required!
