Requirements
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- IV certification if required by state regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful and long term relationships with patients and their family in an intimate outpatient setting.

- Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
