Life Insurance Product Development Support Specialist

2+ years of work experience in the Life Insurance Industry
BA, BS, a plus
Insurance Education (LOMA), a plus
Project Management Training, a plus
Agile (SAFe Methodology) training / experience, a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to support both in-person and virtual training environments

Capturing, documenting, evaluating, and distributing business requirements to all associated IT systems
Tracking and resolving open issues
Coordinating meetings with Product Development Team and scheduling follow-up discussions, to drive decision making in advance of quarterly deadlines
Researching and finding opportunities to improve documentation and procedures
Working with development teams to align projects and confirm capacity
Creating and conducting training programs related to new product launches
