Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience in Engineering and/or Project Management
- Master’s degree and 0 years’ experience in Engineering and/or Project Management
- JD/PhD
- Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
Responsibilities
- Contribute to proposals and negotiations for new Development contracts
- Monitor Earned Value reporting to ensure successful program execution and compliance to the Rolls-Royce Management Control System
- Monitor scope against contracted content and coordinate contractual modifications as needed
- Coordinate reviews such as Monthly Program Reviews, PILM business gates, and customer reviews
- Ensure robust engineering forecast and budget management
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent project management accreditation
