Requirements
- 3-5 years proven mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment or proven experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, belts and pulleys
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proven mechanical aptitude
- High School diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Work from blueprints, sketches, sample parts or verbal instructions
- Install, maintain, adjust and/or repair all equipment, i.e., feeders, stackers, conveyors, belts, printing presses, mixers, coaters, ovens, etc. in and associated with the Lithography Department
- Check machines, analyze any and all types of mechanical or operational troubles and plan for and take corrective action
- Mount and cut or grind coater rolls on powered Lathe
- Preventative maintenance
- Weld as required
