Live Event Master Control Operator 3

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in a live broadcast environment or similar role.
Strong technical proficiency with broadcast equipment, including video servers, audio consoles, and automation systems.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and handle the demands of live broadcasting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of broadcasting regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Operate and monitor broadcast equipment during live events to ensure seamless transmission.
Manage signal flow and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during live broadcasts.
Coordinate with production teams, directors, and on-air talent to ensure smooth execution of live events.
Monitor and adjust audio and video levels to maintain broadcast quality.
Implement and follow standard operating procedures for live event broadcasts.
Ensure compliance with all broadcasting regulations and industry standards.
Maintain detailed logs and reports of live event broadcasts, including any technical issues and resolutions.
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams and other stakeholders.
Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve live event operations.
