Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience administering Learning Management Systems (or equivalent experience)
  • Understanding of e-learning standards such as SCORM, xAPI, and video formats
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the learning management platform, leveraging Workday
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, escalating to support teams as needed
  • Upload and organize learning content, courses, and programs within Workday Learning
  • Ensure compatibility of learning materials with Workday standards, including SCORM and xAPI compliance
  • Conduct regular testing of course functionality to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Provide support to learners, managers, and administrators on Workday Learning functionalities
  • Develop and deliver user guides, FAQs, and training sessions to enhance user adoption and satisfaction
  • Respond to and resolve user inquiries promptly, maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Leverage Workday reporting tools to generate insights on learner engagement, course completion, and program effectiveness
  • Use Workday dashboards and analytics to recommend improvements to the learning experience
  • Identify opportunities to optimize system configurations to meet organizational learning and development objectives
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and instructional design teams to ensure seamless integration with other Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Learning, Talent, Extend, etc.)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design workflows and processes for automated learning assignments and compliance tracking
  • Collaborate with Course Developers to integrate with the learning ecosystem
  • Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory compliance standards for learning compliance requirements within Workday Learning
  • Maintain accurate training records and certifications for audit purposes
  • Stay updated on Workday updates and new features to maintain a secure and modern platform
