Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
- Junior or Senior standing
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
- A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs. and occasional sitting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty
- Answer inbound calls or emailed inquiries to resolve our customer concerns
- Liaise between VIP Nation staff and customers including communicating VIP itineraries, creating guest lists, and other logistics for VIP events
- Support creation and execution of social media campaigns & strategy
- Assist in reporting VIP sales and managing ticket inventory
- Manage and file customer refunds and charge backs
- General office duties including: filing invoices, customer waivers, refunds, scanning, copying, checking the mail
- Research for VIP programs as needed
- Maintain VIP Nation Info calendar
- Proficient in merchandise shipping projects using UPS, USPS or our fulfillment partners
- Document and update records through our databases
- Contact Venues to obtain information regarding lounge spaces and other VIP package elements
- Warehouse inventory and maintenance assistance as needed
- Unpack road cases as needed
- Final internship project will be assigned at the beginning of the internship program to be presented at the end
Preferred Qualifications
