Responsibilities
- Engaging with borrowers to understand their goals and provide guidance
- Running credit checks and helping borrowers find the right loan
- Walking borrowers through the loan process and explaining terms
- Handling paperwork and maintaining borrower files until loan closure
- Collaborating with internal and external parties as needed
