Responsibilities
- Manage daily servicing functions of a portfolio of commercial loans
- Review loan documents and closing statements
- Complete loan setup tasks in a servicing system
- Setup reserve accounts in a servicing system
- Review monthly billing statements for accuracy
- Input and maintain transactional information and process borrower payments
- Monitor loan-level, critical-date reports
- Prepare loan payoff quotes for review
