Loss Mitigation Specialty Senior Manager

High School Degree Required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3+ years of management experience in a call center or retail environment.
Must have knowledge of Loss Mitigation processes: Vendor Management, Bankruptcy, Replevins.
Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is a plus.
Required to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays.

Possesses general understanding of Loss Mitigation processes including Replevin, Deficiency Collections, Bankruptcy and Vendor Management.
Provides daily goals and strategy to their teams that will maximize long-term success.
Monitors and reviews the process and work of each team to ensure it is effective, within policy and procedure.
Administers continuous training and coaching to ensure quality customer service.
Identifies and recommends methods to improve processes and business operations.
Provides proactive leadership to the team to achieve maximum performance and continued individual development and succession planning across the department.
