Requirements

- High School Degree Required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of management experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Must have knowledge of Loss Mitigation processes: Vendor Management, Bankruptcy, Replevins.
- Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is a plus.
- Required to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Possesses general understanding of Loss Mitigation processes including Replevin, Deficiency Collections, Bankruptcy and Vendor Management.
- Provides daily goals and strategy to their teams that will maximize long-term success.
- Monitors and reviews the process and work of each team to ensure it is effective, within policy and procedure.
- Administers continuous training and coaching to ensure quality customer service.
- Identifies and recommends methods to improve processes and business operations.
- Provides proactive leadership to the team to achieve maximum performance and continued individual development and succession planning across the department.
