Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction phases, including gunite and plaster installations.
• Facilitate daily and weekly scheduling meetings with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate inspections, proactively communicating scheduling adjustments and milestones to all stakeholders.
• Act as the primary scheduling contact, ensuring clear, proactive communication with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provide consistent and transparent updates on project progress, timelines, invoicing, and potential schedule impacts.
• Guide clients through the construction process, ensuring exceptional customer experiences from initiation to project completion.
• Maintain accurate records within digital scheduling systems and job files.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to accurately track project milestones and phases for billing.
• Communicate workload distribution and manage potential scheduling conflicts proactively.
• Identify, analyze, and solve scheduling challenges proactively.
• Collaborate with management to continuously refine and streamline scheduling processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
