Requirements
- Active LVN license in California (required)

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident health status and communicate changes to the care team
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
