Requirements
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and related services.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
- Strong understanding of M365 security and compliance features.
- Experience with Entra ID
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols related to M365 services.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other M365 applications.
- Monitor system performance, ensure the health and reliability of the M365 services, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Work with organizational change management resources by effectively communicating technical and user impacts to those teams.
- Provide end-user support and training for M365 applications and services.
- Implement and manage security policies, compliance features, and data protection measures within M365.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures for information security and compliance.
- Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in M365.
- Handle the deployment and configuration of new M365 features and services.
- Manage email flow, spam filtering, and email security configurations.
- Integrate M365 applications with other business systems and services.
- Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of the M365 environment, configurations, and procedures.
- Generate reports on system performance, usage, and security compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications Preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert; Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or other M365 certifications are highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
