Requirements
- 8+ years of cross-functional project management experience, including significant M&A integrations leadership
- Proven experience in technology-driven industries, preferably in software, SaaS, and/or consumer Internet
- Working knowledge of key business processes, such as product development, go-to-market strategies, “order to revenue recognition,” employee onboarding, etc.
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Highly effective communicator and collaborator, with strong written and presentation skills tailored to diverse stakeholders, from executives to operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the M&A integration strategy and planning process with functional leaders and program management resources to ensure seamless alignment with business objectives
- Engage in early due diligence for acquisitions to understand the strategic objectives and provide an early assessment of integration planning and risks
- Design and execute a comprehensive project plan which includes all workstream and functional team tasks to achieve our strategic objectives, as well as managing the day-to-day integration efforts
- Define, track, and communicate key performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability while proactively identifying and escalating potential risks or roadblocks. Establish and refine best practices for M&A integration by developing and contributing to a long-term playbook that drives continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Support broader project management initiatives during periods of lower demand by assisting with process improvements, documentation enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives to enhance team and department effectiveness.
