Requirements
- High School Graduate.
- Must be a US Person.
- CNC machining experience required.
- 2-5 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
- Blueprint reading and certified inspection capability.
- Manufacturing cutting tool and fixturing experience pertaining to materials and operations within the Company.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to assign daily manufacturing activities within department.
- Supervise and direct personnel within department in performing operations in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
- Monitor daily performance of department and employees against established manufacturing standards, quality standards and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with process engineering to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Interview applicants for department openings and make recommendations to management regarding resource needs.
- Maintain good housekeeping policy within department and maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules. Help coordinate machine maintenance and repairs as required.
- Conduct new employee orientation concerning daily work and safety rules.
- Provide probationary and performance evaluations for employees within department.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
