Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Read, write and speak English.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as Ohms Law, volts, watts, power consumption and necessary fuse ratings.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing software such as RS Logix, and other pertinent software.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to use problem solving when presented with problems or duties that do not have immediate answers or results.
- Strong communication (oral and written) skills.
- Ability to use active listening.
- Able to clearly communicate technical details to all levels of the organization and in a fashion to allow effective problem solving.
