Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • 1+ years supporting Manufacturing/Production environments, preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a trade discipline such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc. preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance, including equipment installation.
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office programs and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) programs.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the maintenance team, supporting all facilities and production maintenance needs, including refining and supporting the preventive maintenance program while ensuring all safety & quality requirements are met.
  • Direct efforts of maintenance and facilities team members to achieve daily manufacturing work schedules, driving team members to meet or exceed all goals of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Monitor daily e-maintenance workflow to take action on planned and unplanned requests.
  • Assist manager and maintenance team in troubleshooting plant wide problems, determine and coordinate resources needed for problem resolution.
  • Responsible for work assignments of team members.
  • Responsible for overtime work schedules and overtime management of the maintenance team.
  • Responsible for OJT training of team members.
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, & monthly documentation of assigned work area as it pertains to 5S & safety audits, efficiency reporting, SPC reporting, scrap reporting, maintenance work orders, & DMR maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years supporting Manufacturing/Production environments, preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a trade discipline such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc. preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts a plus.
