Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of a Manufacturing ERP to create work orders and planning reports is required.
  • Working knowledge and experience in basic mechanical/electrical practices associated in the industrial field.
  • Good working knowledge of maintenance processes.
  • Ability to follow directions, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to do basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) without the aid of a calculator.
  • Able to set priorities in order to meet assigned deadlines.
  • Ability to use and read a ruler, tape measure or other measuring instruments.
  • Strong integrity and judgment skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the facilitation of PRISM CAM (Capital Asset Management) training for the hourly maintenance work force.
  • Participate in or execute special projects (PRISM CAM Update, Procurement, etc).
  • Meets or exceeds assigned Performance Objectives.
  • Completes daily and monthly reporting of Downtime, Work Hours, Number of Safety Work Orders completed for the month and Autonomous Work Orders completed to management.
  • Keep track of work hours and other details relative to plan and incorporate learning into future work packages.
  • Create comprehensive planned packages for corrective and preventive maintenance on all plant equipment.
  • Responsible for the tracking and generation of all PM Work Orders. This is to include the PM frequency, craft and type of work to be performed as deemed by the OEM.
  • Work with the Maintenance Lead, as required, to plan associated job packages and assist with unplanned work as required.
  • Coordinate certain contractor activities and services. To include the completion of a full contractor safety package, all permits (Hot Work, Confined Space, etc.) are issued, signed, and displayed during the assigned work.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the PM program.
  • Establish list of annual equipment inspections such as hoists, chillers, backflow preventers, etc. and ensure the verifications are scheduled and completed.
  • Provide backup for the Maintenance Lead as needed.
  • Duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for planning, recording, filing, and auditing of the following: Work Completion Check List, Calibration of Multi Meters, Oil Analysis, Lock Out Tag Out, Amp, Speed & T/C Calibrations, Weigh Scales, Blower Filters, Blender Calibrations, Static Eliminators, Footage Counters, Web Tension, Overhead Cranes, Safety Inspections, Ozone Readings on all Extrusion Lines, Safety Concern Forms, Radiation Surveys, Transformer Inspections, Tablet Audits, High Bay Light Inspections, Infra-Red Surveys, Tilt-Lock Inspections.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Technology degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Google, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.
