Requirements
- 1 year’s of experience in scheduling maintenance activities
- 2 years’ of maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Develops maintenance schedules for maintenance and operations to follow by planning plant maintenance activities on a daily and weekly basis; utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other tools; working directly with maintenance mechanics, production associates, and leadership to schedule maintenance related downtime; and ensuring maximum production efficiencies.
- Demonstrates collaboration by attending weekly and monthly basis meetings; providing updates to maintenance schedules; and making recommendations to leadership for maintenance improvements.
- Issues approved schedules together with relevant work orders by auditing maintenance schedules; planning and implementing audits to verify compliance; evaluating schedules when they are not followed; and creating audit work papers, documentation, and final report of findings.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
