Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card
- Has prior experience working in a spa or retail setting
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
- Assist guests in the booking of spa services, and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities
- Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
- Ensure punctuality by escorting guests to waiting areas in anticipation of spa treatments
- Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system
- Maintain a clean and tranquil spa environment where guests can relax and ensure spa facilities and locker areas are well stocked, presentable and in sanitary conditions in alignment with standards
