Bachelor’s Degree Data Science, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology (Required)
2-4 years Proven experience of leading highly effective teams, fostering teamwork and driving performance within the AI/ML operations environment. (Required)
4-7 years Proven track record of managing complex CI/CD pipelines, governing the ML models, version tracking, maintaining data lineage and applying best practices (Required)
Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts, frameworks, and methodologies coupled with, a deep understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) for AI/ML deployment and scaling. (Required)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI/ML libraries (e.g., Pyspark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). (Required)
Experience with data management and analysis tools, including SQL and data visualization software. (Required)
Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. (Required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. (Required)
Exceptional communication and social skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and partners. (Required)

Lead and manage AI and ML operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers and UI developers to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions.
Manage and evaluate the performance of AI/ML systems, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and best practices for AI/ML workflows.
Lead project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of AI/ML initiatives.
