Requirements
- Full-service restaurant background
- SERV Safe & Food Handler’s certification required
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- The MA position requires standing, walking, lifting, twisting, bending and traversing stairs on a frequent basis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Participate in training experiences and learn new skills
- Demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities
- Participate in all employee-related management functions including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and motivating
- Performance management, conflict resolution, and administration of human resources policies and initiatives
- Serve as a role model for customer service and set the pace for service excellence for all employees
- Learn all operational procedures within the theater
- Train, supervise and coach others on operational procedures
- Complete banking transactions, daily paperwork, and company reports
