Requirements
- 3-5 years in Corporate, B2B marketing, 1-2 in a sports marketing environment
- Experience executing lead generation campaigns
- Experiential marketing experience
- Previous experience marketing to C-level, high-net worth individuals required; marketing to Employee Engagement (HR) experience a plus
- Experience building reports and insights related to lead generation/demand generation activities
- MarTech experience – CRM, Sales Enablement, ABM, Revenue Orchestration tools/platforms
- Understand North America ‘local market’, and international soccer fans and milestone moments affecting marketing
- Understand and value working closely with Sales in partnership for success
- Self-starter and driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Eager and willingness to roll-up sleeves and jump in
Responsibilities
- Execute on B2B campaigns, both direct to businesses and high-net worth individuals that drive demand and leads for the Corporate Sales Teams
- Work on personas and buyer journeys related to high-net worth individuals and corporate buyers in key markets
- Work on value proposition and key messages for high-net worth individuals and corporate buyers in key markets
- Manage the creation of exciting campaigns – liaising with digital services and creative teams
- Manage lead generation activities to support corporate sales teams
- Work cross-functionally with other teams within On Location to gather learnings and insights
- Manage onsite activations, digital program and direct marketing campaigns
- Interpret marketing metrics, build and share reports with sales and marketing leadership
- Work closely with digital marketing team to build and execute corporate marketing campaigns
- Support sales enablement needs of corporate sales team (not limited to sales presentations, ABM emails/social, events, etc.)
- Submit creative intake forms and creative briefs
- Align with PR and B2C marketing on Corporate activations
- Pivot quickly from marketing activities that are under performing
- Work with agencies
