Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
- Demonstrated experience as a servant leader, with the ability to lead by example, build trust and empower team members to take ownership of their work
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Provide management and direction to a team of business analysts, including coaching, mentoring, and managing team members’ performance
- Champion a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous learning, promoting diversity and inclusion and supporting team members’ personal and professional growth
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to identify new opportunities for business growth and facilitating the development of new services and processes
- Develop and implement processes, methodologies, and tools to improve team productivity and effectiveness
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring that project goals are achieved on time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive process improvements, ensuring that best practices are shared across the organization
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners, to ensure that business objectives are aligned and met
- Provide regular reporting and communication to senior leadership on team performance, project status, and other key metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred experience as a people manager, business analyst, project manager, and/or with working with Law Enforcement
