Manager – Business Analysts

Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
Demonstrated experience as a servant leader, with the ability to lead by example, build trust and empower team members to take ownership of their work
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives
A continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of driving process improvements and identifying opportunities for team growth and development

Provide management and direction to a team of business analysts, including coaching, mentoring, and managing team members’ performance
Champion a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous learning, promoting diversity and inclusion and supporting team members’ personal and professional growth
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to identify new opportunities for business growth and facilitating the development of new services and processes
Develop and implement processes, methodologies, and tools to improve team productivity and effectiveness
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring that project goals are achieved on time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive process improvements, ensuring that best practices are shared across the organization
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners, to ensure that business objectives are aligned and met
Provide regular reporting and communication to senior leadership on team performance, project status, and other key metrics

Preferred experience as a people manager, business analyst, project manager, and/or with working with Law Enforcement
