Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years of business operations or related experience.
- OR Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 9+ years of business operations or related experience.
Responsibilities
- Creates and Reviews HS Market plan
- Monitors and updates forecast based on all available data sources (e.g., historical trends, internal and third party data, analyst reports, etc.)
- Collaborates in managing forecasting, analysis and reports of key metrics across multiple tools or systems.
- Guides others on gathering, integrating, and interpreting information from a variety of sources. Seeks information within and across teams to help identify fundamental patterns/trends.
- Manages team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for large and/or multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, related field or related professional certification (CPA etc.)
- 4+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
- 3+ years of relevant technology industry experience.
- 3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Sr Director level and above).
