Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree required; MBA preferred
  • 4-8 years’ experience in strategic marketing/partnership sales roles
  • Knowledge of the marketing and advertising industries with a particular focus on the music, theater, productions and overall entertainment industry
  • Demonstrated exceptional project management skills
  • Strong writing, organizational, analytical and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience and success working with a broad cross section of functional teams
  • Strong work ethic with ability to function independently
  • Proven ability to excel while multitasking in fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management with ability to plan, organize and prioritize work
  • Strong creative and innovative mindset with analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain direct relationship with all MSG stakeholders and P&L owners
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of all MSG properties and assets/rights
  • Contribute to platform development and creation of all sales materials related to MSGE Properties
  • Support partnership development process from brainstorm through account management transition
  • Liaise with sales and account management to understand partner/prospect needs/objectives
  • Proactively identify new assets and build creative turnkey platforms
  • Consistent management and contributions to rate card, pricing and P&L development
  • Manage sales materials ranging from upfronts and evergreens to full decks and compressed 1-pagers
  • Help manage available inventory, track sold inventory, deadlines, property assets, designations and promotional rights granted by MSG
  • Lead weekly meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with account management to develop case studies across properties and industries
  • Participate in sales presentations, as needed.
