Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience working with senior leaders.
- Experience supporting Board or Executive committees and handling confidential or sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to manage high-visibility projects or programs with superior attention to detail, demonstrating effective and efficient calendar management
- Proficient in communicating to an audience of Senior Leaders and demonstrating professional and timely communications
- Enthusiastic about delivering meaningful engagement experiences and networking opportunities
- Proven consultancy, process improvement and problem-solving skills with an ability to partner cross functionally and globally
- Experience with MS Office and managing organization intranet site.
Responsibilities
- Manage planning and operations of CFO Operating Committee meetings
- Maintain accurate and up to date CFO OC forward agenda, liaising with presenters, OC members and Executive support team to facilitate seamless operations
- Compile and distribute meeting packages on a timely basis each week, ensuring agenda, presentation materials, and minutes are complete, and accurate
- Manage CFO OC SharePoint site as a record of Operating Committee activities, including meeting dates, agendas, presentation materials and minutes
- Respond to requests for documentation from Internal Audit, Corporate Secretary, and other groups charged with governance of RBC
- Lead weekly agenda review meeting with COO, CFO Group, and Sr Director to align on upcoming priorities and confirm executive direction
- Provide coordinator support across the waterfront of CFO Strategy & Enablement Team
- Lead communications on behalf of COO, CFO team, including management of annual COO, CFO Group communications calendar, administration and management of COO, CFO Group inbox and calendar
- Partner with key internal and external partners to coordinate CFO innovation and talent events. Accountabilities including but not limited to building participant list, developing and distributing communication, designing effective post-event surveys and analyzing results, managing venue logistics, scheduling, budget tracking and day-of-coordination
- Partner with the early talent recruitment team to manage the Pathway to Placement program, which includes helping to organize events (orientation, symposium), analyzing manager feedback and assessing talent for acceptance into the program via full-time offer
- Maintain the CFO Employee Handbook and Welcome to CFO Group site, to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Provide coordination support as needed for Annual Finance Function Review
