Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or related field.
- Intermediate to advanced level change management skills.
- Five years minimum experience in change management required.
- Experience in designing and executing project plans, managing junior resources, contributing to change methodology design, creating deliverables that require cross-function collaboration and socialization.
- Intermediate level change management skills.
- Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Word, and collaborative technologies.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience designing and executing detailed change plans.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
Responsibilities
- Leverage our Change Management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design of training programs.
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Analyze data-driven insights to adapt and accelerate change.
- Maintain an understanding of Change and broader McDonald’s strategy and priorities.
- Work closely with program stakeholders and other practitioners to ensure an understanding of the Change Framework.
- Advise and coach functional leaders on Change Management.
- Support the growth of Change knowledge across the Enterprise.
- Gain an understanding of Change Framework and support training of partners, practitioners, and business leaders.
