Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of related experience
- 2+ years leadership role preferred
- Experience with one or more of the following: Digital Content, Digital Design, Digital Integration, Macintosh Adobe, Mobile Application Development, Program Management, Web Services, GenAI
- Knowledge in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) beneficial
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of content designers
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent in content design
- Establish and refine content design processes, tools, and standards
- Oversee the creation, curation, and management of high-quality digital content
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare content creation
- Drive audience engagement and brand awareness through compelling content
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, product, design, engineering, and other teams
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure effectiveness of digital content initiatives
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelance resources
- Perform other duties as assigned
