Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, finance or accounting degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience providing analytical support in Accounting/Finance
- Thorough understanding of financial processes, including financial statements, general accounting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset and strong team orientation
- Ability to work in a team environment and accept delegated tasks from team
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- High sense of urgency and ability to work with minimal direct supervision
Responsibilities
- Research Variances between Marketplace Invoices & POs in VIP
- Work with Warehouse Team & Pricing to ensure inventory is correct
- Hold Monthly meetings with Branch warehouse team (if necessary for recon)
- Reconcile payment disputes with suppliers
- Review Supplier AR and reach out for collections – reduce Bad Debt
- Proof and Pay Marketplace Invoices
- Support Central AB ONE Marketplace team in financial analysis and P&L creation
