Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Sales Strategy, Sales, Business Operations, or related fields
- Deep knowledge of the CSG sales & renewals processes
- Deep knowledge of all Success Plan products
- Leadership skills
- Analytical abilities
- Knowledge of pipe generation strategies
- Understanding of business metrics and ability to measure impact of programs on strategic goals
- Confident communicator with attention to detail, oral, written, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and use cases
Responsibilities
- Identify, recommend, operationalize & measure sales programs targeting areas of strategic focus for the global Premier sales teams
- Help the Premier sales program team focus on achieving key objectives and to move past obstacles that get in their way
- Summarize & communicate impact, successes, & improvement areas of the sales programs team to senior leadership
- Represent the Success Plans team on broader cross-functional projects & help to drive the overall strategy forward
Preferred Qualifications
- We are prioritizing candidates who have direct experience driving sales or go-to-market strategy
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
