Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Science Degree
- At least five years of technical experience in any combination of Cyber Systems Engineering, Systems Administration, and Information Technology Infrastructure Engineering disciplines
- High proficiency in technical problem solving to include decomposition, root cause analysis, solution development, implementation, and monitoring
- Current, active Secret Clearance
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- This is a dual role encompassing both functional management and technical performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Cyber Systems Engineering, Systems Administration, and/or Information Technology Infrastructure Engineering activities related to the development and delivery of US Army air defense command and control systems
- Proven technical management experience preferably in either program Military, IPT, R&D, or Advanced Systems, technology, and/or functional environments
- Demonstrated behavior as a driver for change and continuous improvement
- Previous Functional Management Experience
