Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field OR 5 years of relevant work experience.
- 1-year supervisory experience.
- Proficient knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design practices.
- Demonstrated project management and organization skills.
- Ability to build and promote positive working relations with customers.
Responsibilities
- Make personnel decisions, complete performance reviews, and facilitate employee growth.
- Provide oversight of design and development projects including strategic initiatives, performance management, and consistent delivery of high-level learning services.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodology to create effective learning solutions.
- Evaluate current training programs and incorporate feedback from surveys, data, and KPIs to improve future programs and delivery methods.
- Support process and workflows associated with the company Learning Management System (LMS) as well as other deployed technologies.
