Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of comprehensive engagement strategies to support the Company’s goals
  • Design, implement, and evaluate engagement initiatives for both salaried and hourly populations
  • Plan and implement annual and pulse surveys for NA Zone employee population including driving participation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Communications, Commercial, and Operations, to align engagement initiatives with business objectives at the local and global level
  • Analyze data and metrics to interpret survey results, identify trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform engagement strategies, and measure effectiveness of engagement initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to HRBPs on engagement-related matters
  • Manage resources to ensure effective execution of engagement initiatives
